By accessing or using provenance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use provenance. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

All content on provenance, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of provenance or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Artwork Images

Artwork images displayed on provenance are provided for educational purposes. Copyright and usage rights vary by artwork and are indicated where available. We respect the rights of museums, artists, and copyright holders.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and use your content to provide the Service.

Access and Subscriptions

Access to provenance is complimentary. All core features, including artwork exploration, courses, and learning paths, are available at no cost.

Premium bonus content may be available in the future. If premium features are introduced, they will be clearly marked and optional. Your complimentary access to core features will always remain available.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• •Technical issues or outages
• •Circumstances beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVENANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which provenance operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
